ISO 9001 Quality Management International Standard Certification: We understand the importance of product quality. Since 1999, we have obtained the ISO-9001 international quality assurance certification and continue to maintain it. By the end of 2020, we have invested NT$18 million in establishing advanced laboratory equipment, and continue to add various testing instruments, product reliability testing equipment, polymer plastic melt index testers, specific gravity meters, microbiological testing instruments, 3D image dimension measurement instruments, and other advanced equipment.

ISO 140001 Environmental Management System: We obtained the ISO-14001 international environmental protection certification in 2001 and have been continuously implementing it to fulfill our environmental responsibilities.

Q6. How do you ensure product quality before shipment?

All filter cartridges and water purifiers undergo 100% airflow testing, and every batch is inspected by our quality control personnel. For more details, please refer to our quality assurance section.

Q7. Can you accept customized packaging?

Yes, customized labels, color boxes, instruction manuals, outer boxes, anti-collision packaging, and other packaging can be tailored to your needs.

Q8. What are the common export trade terms?
  • EXW (Ex Works) - The seller delivers the goods at their premises, and the seller's responsibility ends when the goods are handed over to the buyer for further transportation.
  • FOB (Free On Board) - The seller is responsible for transporting the goods to the port and covering the associated costs. Once the goods are loaded onto the ship, the risk is transferred to the buyer.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) - The seller is responsible for the cost of goods, transportation, and insurance, and will ship the goods to the destination port.
