Although it's just a small diverter valve, the consistency of product quality relies on this machine for testing. Typically, we apply pressure of 150PSI (11kg/cm2) of high water pressure to this machine and continuously operate it with on-off cycles. It needs to operate 110,000 times without leaking, and afterwards, the tactile sensation should still feel smooth when turned by hand to be considered qualified. Samples tested are then scrapped, and for every production batch of 1000 units, one unit undergoes durability testing.

III. Specifications and Materials of diverter valve (Also known as Diverters)

diverter valve, also known as diverters or splitters, are mostly used in countertop water purifiers. These valves allow you to quickly select between filtered and unfiltered water at the faucet. Its nut (commonly referred to as a "flower nut") can be securely fastened onto the kitchen faucet outlet, suitable for most connections of 1/4" or 3/8" unidirectional PE water pipes, or 3/8" bidirectional PE water pipes for countertop filters.

After water is dispensed, just turn the handle of the diverter downward to close it, so that next time you can use the kitchen faucet as usual (for dishwashing, cleaning the sink, etc.). Third: The material of the internal structure, the switching mechanism for switching purified water and raw water, using copper ball structure (better durability) compared to long shaft core structure (usually made of plastic material, short lifespan) can also differ in price by several times.
